But everyone was busy. And I was early in my journey, still quietly asking myself if I even had the right to call myself a designer.

So I did the only thing that made sense. I found people who knew things I didn't, and I asked them to teach me — just 60 minutes. One honest conversation at a time.

Then I thought: why should I keep this to myself?

That question became a podcast. The podcast became a community. And the community became something I didn't even know I needed — a space where designers stop pretending they have it all figured out, and start growing together instead.
